The included library of welding recipes allows for a quick and efficient starting point for each application, freeing your existing workforce to focus on higher-value tasks, such as supervising multiple RB Cobots or completing more complex welds. After your skilled welders have fine-tuned the welding parameters to achieve your engineered specifications and trained RB Cobot on its task, any operator can then produce highly accurate and consistent welds.

The productivity of most RB Cobot customers increases by 2 or 3 times compared to manual welding. This is due to RB Cobot's consistent work pace, faster travel speeds, and the reduced need for grinding or reworking parts because of consistent weld quality. Additionally, skilled welders can focus on more complex tasks while a non-welder operates the RB Cobot, further enhancing productivity.

Creating two welding zones, where RB Cobot welds in one while the operator unloads and loads parts in the other, also increases productivity. For smaller parts, a divider can create two 4' x 2' zones on the 4' x 4' table. If necessary, a second 4' x 4' table can be added with a safety screen to double the work area.
